Baby Boy Barnett

Your MEC is proud to announce the birth of Baby Boy Barnett

Date of Birth: Friday, October 27, 2006
Place of Birth: San Francisco, California

We know how much everyone has been waiting to hear the news. We also know that many of you, and possibly also members of your organization, will want to acknowledge this event with a gesture of some kind.

In anticipation of this and in lieu of presents (of which we are sure there will be plenty), we have looked into a few ideas about how you can give a gift that only a member of the Shaklee Field can give:

Contribute to the Million Trees. Million Dreams.™ Campaign
Plant a Tree through our Partnership with American Forests

• The best way to contribute to the Campaign is through the web page that is dedicated to Shaklee’s campaign. Visit http://www.american
• Complete the carbon calculator with information from your household – it will tell you how many trees to plant to neutralize your carbon footprint for a year.
• Then click on Donate Trees and complete the billing information.
• Shaklee will automatically be informed of the number of trees you planted, so it will be included in the Million Trees. Million Dreams campaign count.
• Be sure to send a note to to let Roger and Sloan know about your gift!

Shaklee Cares®
A great way to say you care for those who are impacted by disaster.
• Send a tax-deductible contribution to Shaklee Cares.
• Just make your check or money order payable to Shaklee Cares and mail to:
Baby Barnett, c/o Shaklee Cares
4747 Willow Road
Pleasanton, CA 94588
• Send a note to, to let Roger and Sloan know about your contribution!

Give the Gift of Growth!
One of the best ways we can think of to honor the newest Barnett!

• Just commit to a specific growth goal (organizational growth, PGV/BGV increase, sponsoring with 100 PV, achievement of the Escape 2007 incentive – or any growth goal you would like) and make the pledge in the name of the newest Barnett.
• Then simply send your pledge to Roger and Sloan at!

Thanks for spreading the word to anyone in your organization whom you feel would be excited to hear the news!

Best regards,

Reed Hanson, Chairman
Joyce Hoffmann, Vice Chairman
Ruth Jansson, Secretary
Rob Loomis & Linda Causey, Members at Large
Jill Lamoureux, Exfficio
