Carmen eating fish skin

Hi everyone…I did want to send a quick picture of Carmen eating actual “fish skin”. Yes, it is what it says it is! I took the pic with my phone camera, so the resolution isn’t the best. Chinese food is a BIT different, but overall wonderful!!
